La Lecture Architecturale De L’extension D’établissement Scolaire « Le Cas Des école Primaires »

The projection of scholar institutions is done according to the equipment grid, in which the population size is taken as a reference in order to quantify the needs, and the conception must respect the international norms concerning the educative architecture. The extension of the pre-existing institutions for answer to the increasing request in the pedagogic field is justified by proper basis rarely found in the thick fabric, whereas, the densification of school disfigure the original building and damage the initial functioning. First of all, the school body is more and more heterogeneous because of different interventions in the same site, and since extension was not be predicted during the first programming, it imposes an excessive consummation of free spaces of equipment. Such action even if it resolves the deficit and reduces the number of students in classes; it has direct consequences on the psychology development of children, since it privatize from play found: the yard of regrouping, game area and greenery spaces. For argue and to brighten up the study, the city of Tlemcen as an example of Algerian territory which gathers a number of interesting cases of study to see, in order to understand the real dimensions of these decisions. The architectural reading of this urban phenomenon which touches schools is very important, because it is a mean to reach a major parameter which influx discreetly the teaching quality and free services, and of course the future of coming generations
