Abstract

 Throughout this paper which is based on field study analysis attention has been directed towards highlighting some basic changes that have occured in the economic institution, in particular, the industrial ones.Those changes in fact impose reconsidering those strategies that still persist in these institutions. More importantly, the necessity of adopting a managerial culture that is likely to embrass those changes and is based on reconsidering human ressources.
