Abstract

This study aimed to find out how to evaluate job performance through the balanced scorecard at the Algerian Textile Establishment - East Khenchela Textiles Unit. At the end of this study, we concluded that job performance is evaluated through the learning and growth dimension of the balanced scorecard, And that the institution under study is ignorant of the balanced scorecard and does not rely on it as an evaluation tool.
