This research paper aims to study the importance of applying Total Quality Management (TQM) in Da’wah Work institutions, with a focus on the standards of quality for preachers as a model. The research addresses the concept of TQM, its importance, and its pillars in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Da’wah Work by adopting principles that ensure the achievement of Da’wah goals at the highest levels of quality. The study also emphasizes the TQM standards for preachers and their role in performing Da’wah Work.
The research concludes that the quality standards in the performance of preachers play a vital role in improving the effectiveness and impact of institutional Da’wah work. These standards aim to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and credibility in conveying the mission of the Islamic institutions, thereby contributing to the efficient and sustainable achievement of their goals. The recommendations highlight the necessity for dawah institutions to adopt TQM methodologies in all their activities to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in their work.
