One of the themes that preoccupied the researchers in the field of the mass media is the question of the relationship between the media and the public, if there is consensus on the existence of the influence of the media, the differences revolve around the quality and the degree of impact and how it occurs.
The TV has always been and remain one of the most prominent and most means of mass communication, follow-up to the most influential in the various age groups, and segments of the community, in order to connect the medium through it was necessary to science with knowledge of the methods and techniques of influence related to it, with good control to it. This scientific paper came to try to follow the studies and theories, and models and vues scattered in this topic; to collect the diaspora of what is superior to it and the total talk about it and provide a summury of it.
