This research paper aims through a field study at the University of Setif-2- to identify the social impacts of interactive TV programs such as "el sadma, kalam nawaem, the voice and qumra "in MBC1 channel on communication and informations sciences students’, the study based on theory of relying on the media and we relied on the descriptive survey method in order to collect the needed data we used the questionnaire tool which applied on cluster sample consisted of 200 individuals from University of Setif 2, the study reached a number of results the most significants are : the students rely on these interactive TV programs to get information and achieve their different goals despite medium degree of accreditation, beside the existence of positive cognitive , emotional and behavioral impacts more than the negative ones.
