The dislocation (Khul) is a nething contract of few that the wife owns herself with it , and the husband owns the retribution ; the contract is intended to have natural argreement rather than dislocation (Khul) and somtimes is happens in case of death of wife or husband which is intended to deprive are of then from inheitance of the otherb soas to the husband getswhat he cannot get whith inheintance .In these cases , the consent of spouses shall be consided with (Khul) dislocation other disatisfaction of husband. That is why the judge in signing the (Khul) dislocations and in bequeathing of sponse from the other .For this we have death with the view of Islamic juris purdea (Fiqh) and algerian family code comparison to source arab legislation
