Abstract

Many of the Algerian scholars who immigrated to Morocco during different historical
periods contributed to the educational and intellectual activity in with it, similar to the scholar
Al-Hafiz Abu Al-Abbas Ahmed Al-Muqri (d. 1041 AH / 1631 AD), who emerged greatly
during the 11th century AH / 17AD CE, in his educational activity and Intellectual in the far
eastern Maghreb from Fes, Marrakesh and others, and he had a great merit in participating in
the educational movement, especially in its leadership of teaching councils in the villagers and
the presentation of lessons that included various transport and mental sciences that benefited
the students and scholars who took disciples on his hand during His residency, which lasted 15 years, was full of activity, education, and the provision of licenses and authorship, and students
and scholars of Morocco witnessed his brilliance, and they recognized his thanks and broad
knowledge, and his council was a destination for the general public and theirs, and granted the
honor of holding the chairs of knowledge and Majlis of Sultan, so his approach was unique and
distinguished in education, and his knowledge was abundant and varied, including various types
of sciences and arts. The study and circulation of children With him and the scholars, he won
favor and honor, and even after leaving the land of Morocco after his migration to the East, his
contribution remained and a link linked to Morocco and his scholars, and even after his death,
his eternal remains and works immortalized his name and impact.
