This study attempts to focus on the forms and results of cultural communication between the countries of the Islamic world, in the East and the West, by studying the tributaries and extensions of the Madianiya Sufi school. As it is the summary of the mystical experience in the Maghreb and a natural product of the interaction of the East and the Maghreb, and since Sufism is considered a fundamental engine of religious and social history, it is necessary to shed light on the summary of the Sufi movement in the Maghreb countries during the sixth century AH. As Result many school were created to organize the Sufism movement in west Islamic in general. As we are mentioned, the development in the east has many consequences on the west, and this is approved in many studies that surveyed the features if each school and stream. To sun up, The West Islamic become organized under many Sufism schools during Century (3-6 AH / 9-12 AD), The Madianiya school was the global work for this experience in West Islamic during the Middle Age (era)
