استراتيجيات التعلّم عند الزرنوجي في كتاب: تعليم المتعلّم طريق التعلّم

Abstract

Learning strategies are considered among the most prominent educational issues in the modern era due to their significant role in developing the educational process and improving methods of knowledge acquisition. This research aims to highlight the roots of these strategies in the ancient Arab-Islamic heritage by examining the main foundations upon which education was based in classical Arab educational thought, with a particular focus on the book Ta'lim al-Muta'allim Tariq al-Ta'allum by Burhan al-Din al-Zarnuji. Written in the sixth century Hijri, this work is regarded as one of the most important books guiding the emerging educational movement of that period. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach through describing educational concepts, analyzing their content, and identifying the most important learning strategies presented in the book.
