Abstract

It is self-evident that the idea of public order is governed by foundations, constants and rules
that achieve the public interest and recognized by the community at all times and in any place. It
adapts to every time and place and is suitable for every environment and situation, and on the
contrary, the general order in administrative law, specifically in the Algerian state law 12-07 is
characterized by relativism and instability, and the administrative control authorities must set it as
a single goal and goal that they must not deviate from or Deviate in its use.
