This study examines the organizational effects of AI technology on educational institutions, including its impact on student-teacher relationships and educational structures. The studyaims to explore how artificial intelligence technology can enhance and improve educational quality in the current context, highlighting the importance of integrating smart technology in the field of education and how it can open new horizons to improve the experiences of students and teachers. The study focuses on potential challenges and how to overcome them to ensure effective and sustainable benefits from the use of artificial intelligence in education. The research is based on a theoretical methodology, where the potential impacts of AI technology within the education environment are analyzed and understood through theoretical analysis techniques, and applied to the educational context to understand the interactions and expected results. The main problem of the study is centered on how the integration of artificial intelligence technology affects the quality of education and educational relations.
