Abstract

Algeria today faces challenges closely related to the economic sector, which is affected by many factors, most notably health crises, climate changes and geopolitical shifts that have misled many countries and have worked hard to find solutions and alternatives to protect their economies.

The efforts of the Algerian state to push the national economy to win future bets have been clearly highlighted through Organic Law 18-15 containing the Finance Law and the developments it brought to a way out of classical management to transparent management, where this law enshrines from 2023 how public funds are used and how to spend them in a simplified way in terms of concept and content and in all transparency.
