The research studied the issue of grading branches into branches and whether it is a science or not, based on the foundations supporting or denying this claim. In answering, the researcher used the analysis method and the criticism method.
It was wrongly concluded that it is an independent science, and the evidence is the absence of the pillars of science in it - the term, the system, the method -, but the term comes from the science of jurisprudence or the science of principles, as well as the system; It uses the system in the science of jurisprudence, and the same applies to the method. It uses the methods of jurisprudence in graduation, and it also misses the specific subject. Also, the benefit is the same as the benefit from jurisprudence, and the researcher believes that what is correct is that it is an art of jurisprudence, not an independent science.
