Terminological Studies In Sharia Studies: Their Concept, Origins, Importance And Foundations -

Abstract

This article aims to show the effectiveness of terminological studies as a tool in Islamic sciences as a real comparative tool between the original conceptual results of legal texts, the conceptual circulation of literature and the results in the field of deliberation, and the scientific implications thereof.

And the issue studied by this tool is the limitation or not of the fundamental purposes as a base of building diligence and considering the intractable lodges.  It has become important to determine them on the basis of a scientific methodology, by deepening the origins of their concepts and studying their legal forms.
