The research seeks to mention the causes and reasons of the prohibition of network marketing, through the sayings of scholars, and display them on the purposes of Sharia in financial transactions, to strengthen the doctrine of preventing this transaction, and reveal the forms of fraud and ambiguity that surround it for those who permit it. The study focused on the purposes of the provisions related to financial and economic transactions that Sheikh Ibn Ashour and his followers, meant through his great interest in the goal of saving money, and did not come with an addition or new, and the researcher followed in his research the inductive method, by following those Intents, investing and activating them in downloading the judgment on the network marketing transaction,among the most important findings of the research: Network marketing is prohibited, and not by a brokerage contract, by royalty or by agency, as the commodity in it is not intended, as well as its damages and spoilers, and that the purposes of Sharia have a profound effect in directing the fatwa, especially in judging emerging financial transactions.
