By the end of the extraordinary meeting of the Algerian Revolution National Council in 1962, the conferees, including the five leaders approved the text of the Evian Agreements. Despite the ceasefire resolution that came into practice on March 19th, 1962, and Algeria's entry into the transition period until September 20th, 1962. However, the continuing crisis between the two highest bodies of the Algerian revolution will make the summer of Algeria 1962 the scene of intensified competition for the positions of Algeria’s military and political authorities on the eve of independence by the military and political elites produced by the Algerian revolution in all its directions. The present research, which deals with the issue of intermarriage of history with politics, and the intersection of the historical legitimacy with the institutional legitimacy.
