Abstract

Reproductive control and the progress doctors have made in the field of organ transplantation has opened up promising doors in medical practices, including implantation of the glands and genitals. The aim of these operations is to compensate the human affected in these organs by accidents and diseases to restore his dignity.

In the research, I discussed two main axes: The first: the reality of the glands and the reproductive organs and the medical reality in their cultivation, and the second axis: the provisions for the transfer and transplantation of the glands and the genital organs of contem- porary jurists. For the ruling on the transfer and transplantation of glands contains three sayings: prohibition, permission, and permission on one of glands; and the most likely is prohibition. But  for the transfer and transplantation of genital organs, there are also three sayings: prohibition, permission, and permission with controls; and the most correct is the last.
