This article deals with an important topic in Islamic jurisprudence, which is to define and control the criteria that govern the weighting between the interests of the individual and the interests of society when they are crowded and opposed. The cooperation side towards its society to ensure the stability and continuity of the society. Humanity celebrates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in December of every year, although those who follow its articles find it overwhelmed by individualism, and most of it started with the phrase "for every individual, for every person." As for the adoption of socialism at the legislative level, it came late, after the promulgation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in 1966, due to the pressure of the socialist states at the time, which stated in its preamble: "... and realizing - the states parties - that the individual, who arranges He has duties to other individuals and to the group to which he belongs, the responsibility of seeking to promote and observe the rights recognized in this Covenant .. ". Let the world stand between two extremes, one of which triumphs for individualism, and the other triumphs for socialism, which leads to the necessity of highlighting the position of Islamic jurisprudence on all of this and determining the human position between the two trends, which is what this article aims
