Abstract

Endowment is typically one of the most important features of Islamic civilization in the philanthropic field. Among the most important issues pertaining to it, is the investing and expenditures endowment. However, Endowments expand their portfolio to include real estates and movables. Owing to the fact that Algeria enacted laws that regulate endowment including investment methods among them irrigation, farming and speculation. The current article investigates these methods in terms of juristic and legal aspects.
