The summery of Khalil of approved books in Maliki Fiqh which were accepted by the will of Allah, won the approval of the Maliki school from the early nineteenth century to the present day, as explanations and systems, comments, ranging from brief and circumlocutions, it was first explained by his disciple Bahram (d. 805 AH), and the first who introduced it to the Maghreb was Sheikh Mohammed bin Omar bin al-Futuh Telemceni then publish it in Fez, when he moved to it the year 805 AH, and the oldest who explained it was Shaykh Ibn Marzouq grandson of the Telemceni (d. 842 AH), who laid an explanation of it, he called the Noble Menzaa, scientists greatly praised the manual, Ibn Ghazi praised, congratulated and greatly appreciated his writings in his book “Chifaa El Ghalil.”
He wrote it with a special style, which expresses a type of mental ingenuity, in it he relied on rules and terms as key to his book,
clarified by their explanations of scientists of it.
It contained a doctrinal nectar, until it was almost counted among puzzles, he worked on the book for more than twenty years, where he showed the most notable of the doctrine, and ranked it through sixtytwo sections and sixty-three chapters, containing more than a hundred thousand issues both spoken and understood, he arrived in his writing to the section of marriage and then died leaving a draft, completed by his disciples after him.
He relied in his commentary on the mothers’ of Maalikis books including: Entries, politeness and enlightenment of El-Khumi, and the
compilation of Ibn Younis, and the statement, collection, introductions of Ibn Rushd, he also explained the indoctrination of Maziri, and it has been mentioned by Khalil in his introduction.
