Based on the above, this requires, from the jurisprudence lesson discovering its truth, and knowing its characteristics to allow us to find solutions based on the jurisprudence research method; that orients economic behavior people in several financial fields. The exact concept about the contemporary finance issues exercise is based on the several field of the economic knowledge, therefore, the integral of this latter with the legislative background should be taken.
