Legal protection of working women against violence and abuse in Algerian legislation

Abstract

Making alabor contract for women may cause different aspects of violence againts them such as body or sexual violence inside organization or outside for that reasons legislative should protect women and be cautious that these things will not happen.

In this study the author try to search in how to find especial legislations for taking care of women in labor.
