Abstract

The right to practice economic activity is governed by The Principle of freedom, embodied in the Principle of competition and regulated by The Principle of legality. and if the pillar of economic activity is competition, then is essence is freedom .however , considering that economic freedom contributes to giving a true picture of the investment climate, this freedom is not absolute, since it is directed by restrictions and controls included within the framework.

Of modern economic trends of the state. therefore ,the legislators policy of the economic field aims to preserve the general order through the competition law with its exceptions the illegal speculation combating law, in addition to retiming prices of widespread consumption goods and services , all these measures are for achieving economic proficiency and improving the consumers living standard .
