The public sector aims to attract competencies and talents in order to achieve the development and development of societies, and this can only be achieved by applying the principle of equal employment opportunities because it is one of the most important means to achieve and reduce conflicts and disputes that may occur between individuals due to their feeling of losing their legitimate rights, or their sense of lack of social justice and equality, to join In a public office, the employee is empowered to carry out duties and abide by them within the limits of the law and to enjoy the rights that he benefits from during the period of his job activity, such as the right to a salary, the right to social security, the right to holidays and promotion, the right to freedom of opinion, forming unions, striking, etc.
