Abstract

Total Quality Management (i.e.,T,Q,M), in its essence, is a modern management trend with an integrated strategy which is based on a set of newly eme rging principles and ideas.

Its goal is to continuously improve and develop performance, as well as achieving high quality, through involving all members of the institution in the organization and development in order to gain the cistomer’s satisfaction and achieve their needs.
