The Title in English Mechanisms to Combat Corruption Crimes and their Effectiveness in Algerian Legislation

The Algerian legislator aims international efforts to combat corruption, through Algeria's ratification of the international conventions in this regard, which necessitated reconsidering the Algerian legal system with a view to adapting its international obligations. The legislator has already enacted Law N° 06-01 on the prevention and control of corruption, Through the mechanisms of combating it, and the penalties imposed on it, and the establishment of bodies to prevent and combat corruption as called for by the conventions, which makes this law to the extent consistent with international and regional conventions, but the crimes of corruption is increasing and terribly and monitored system that lacks the effectiveness of the application and deter spoilers.
It should be noted that the purpose of this article is to identify mechanisms to combat corruption, and in this regard we addressed the laws of combating corruption, whether in the form of international conventions, or legislative texts or even regulatory decrees, in the first axis, and then we discussed the second axis of anti- corruption bodies,The National Commission for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption, and the Central Office for the Suppression of Corruption.
