The Safeguars to the Public Official's Exercise of the Right to Strike in Algerian Legislation

Recourse to strike in the civil service sector is one of the rights guaranteed by law, but this practice may affect several important legal principles in the fiel of administrative law, the most important of which is the principle of regular and steady functioning of public utilities, for that the Algerian legislator -Through many laws- tried to find a balance between the requirements of the public official's exercise of this right and between the duties and obligations imposed by the interest of the employing administration, In order to reach of a legal framework that allows the public official to exercise the right to strike, without arbitrariness by the administration while ensuring the regular functioning of public facilities continuity.
