The Algerian Mobility has led to the reopening of the debate about freedom of the press as one of the constitutional rights and basic freedoms, including in many aspects, whether related to the right to access information, freedom of circulation, or ownership of the media. However, the discussion about freedom of the press in its legislative aspect is not Necessarily neglects to talk about the efficiency and qualifications of the media in managing crises, and it cannot be the basis behind the reality of the media, the Mobility has turned as a social phenomenon, with the passage of time into a crisis in some of its periods, he placed the responsibility on the media in enlightening public opinion, And his formation, and this is one of his most important roles.
This paper comes in an attempt to balance between the legislative and media technical side, in seeing the reality of the media coverage of the February 22 Mobility with a legal and informational vision, based on the descriptive and analytical approach, as we have concluded that the weakness of institutions and their disregard for some journalistic stereotypes is the task of reaching the truth, from Tracing the chronology of media coverage, and the responsibility of the media in covering and managing crises.
