Abstract

This study came as an attempt to reveal the factors controlling the satisfaction of users of social collective housing, in the city of Qasr Al-Shalala depending on the factor analysis, in order to reveal the factors that control the satisfaction of the occupants, and to reach the establishment of an information base that the designer and decision-maker can rely on in ،One is new and the other is old.

The study found a set of results showing that there is a neglect of social studies that take into account the needs of the end user of the housing, resulting in dissatisfaction with the residential environment, and found that there are many factors that control the satisfaction of the occupants, which vary from one residential environment to another, and in order to increase the satisfaction of the occupants to the designer detect these factors and focus on addressing them.
