Abstract

this study deals with various
green human resource practices and
policies followed by organizations
around the world and explains the
simplified meaning of green human
resource management, and focuses on
basic green policies and practices to
improve environmental sustainability,
and create awareness among human
resource managers and employees
about green human resource
management, and using natural
resources to help organizations
promote sustainable growth and protect
the health and safety of both employees
and customers. The information,
findings, and discussion in this study
are based on literature reviews obtained
through online publications.
