This study aimed to analyze the role of transformational leadership (Inspirational Motivation and Individualized Consideration) in development of individual competencies, the case Study general cable of biskra. We used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. It was divided into three axes, the first axis deals with the personal and functional characteristics; while the second axis represents the independent variable the transformational leadership dimensions which consists of two elements (Inspirational Motivation, and Individualized Consideration), the last axis is the dependent variable, which is development of individual competencies. To analyze the data we used (SPSS). The following result have been reached: There is significant role with statistically significant for the role of transformational leadership (Inspirational Motivation and Individualized Consideration) in development of individual competencies in general cable biskra.
