Evaluation of the Educational service quality in higher education institutions from the Perspective of Students' using the (HedPERF) Model (Case Study of Barika University Center)

This study aimed to evaluate the quality of educational service provided by higher education institutions, from the Perspective of Students' using the (HedPERF) Model after adapting it to the study population, The study selected students from the Breika University Center to gather their opinions on the quality of educational services at the center, Fifty-seven valid questionnaires were analyzed, the results showed that the level of quality of services provided is Medium according to the HedPERF scale. Where it was in detail as follows: The quality of the services provided by the Barika University Center is available at a Medium level in each of the following dimensions: The non-academic, reputation, programme issues and access, Whereas, the quality of services provided is available at a high level in terms of the academic dimension.
