this study aims to identify whether banks’ adoption of Islamic banking contributes to enhancing their competitive advantage or not, by this study aims to identify whether banks’ adoption of Islamic banking contributes to enhancing their competitive advantage or not, by measuring the impact of banks provision of Islamic banking services on the dimensions of competitive advantage to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees of some banks that provide Islamic banking services, where 43 out of 65 were retrieved, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The study found that the provision of Islamic banking services by banks contributes to enhancing their competitive advantage through the dimensions of quality, responsiveness and innovation, while the contribution to cost reduction was weak.
