Abstract

 The research aimed to identify the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in strategic planning and to reveal their relationship with facing crises. The research followed the method used from the descriptive and analytical approach, as the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, which was applied to a sample of the study population represented by teachers The secondary school level in the southern governorates of Palestine, which numbered (355) teachers, and the results of the research showed that the evaluation of the study sample members of the degree of the practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine of strategic planning from the viewpoint of their teachers came with relative weight (78.52%), i.e. a high degree. The results of the research also showed that the study sample’s assessment of the level of crisis response in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the viewpoint of its teachers came with a relative weight (77.28%), that is, a high degree. The results also showed a positive correlation between the average grades of the study sample’s ratings. To the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine Strategic planning and averages of their assessment of the level of crisis response in the same schools.
