Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of
knowledge management in achieving a
competitive advantage in the cement
company of Ain Touta Batna, through
the four knowledge management
processes, through the point of view of
its workers. A questionnaire was
designed and distributed to the study
sample whose size was estimated at
54.The study showed that there is a
positive medium correlation between
knowledge management processes and
the competitive, with a positive impact
of knowledge management in achieving
its competitive advantage. There was
agreement by the sample that the
company have a competitive advantage,
through the results a set of
recommendations was presented.
