Abstract

Food industries are an important part of manufacturing that can contribute to the emergence of the algerian economy.this study highlighted the role of the food industry branch in the algerian economy for the period 2005-2015, with its very important contribution to crude output and the manufactuning sector is very important. In order to fulfil its role in development, it is necessary to increase the quantity of the quality of the productivity of the agricultural sector , and the food industry should be subjected to a development strategy, namely, the process of integrating and deeping these industries with technology by taking advantage of these industrie in a joint and integrated manner, and deeping these industries technologicaly, by strengthening their knowledge and technlogical content, and deepening the comparative adventages of their natural resources
