Topics concerned the study of scholars and their translations have become popular, and dictionaries have been made such as the book of al-Hanafawi in addition to other sources. However, most of them remain translations of notables and famous classes of scholars, most of the studies focused on the major metropolitan areas based in the North. In return, books of scholars and clerics in southern Algeria were eliminated. We will focus in our article on uncovering an obscure figure who had a role in introducing the sheikhs of the "Rahmanian Ideology" and its scholars. This figure is Sheikh Muhammad al-Sghir ben Mukhtar al-Djallali, who wrote the book of " Taatir el-akwan bi nachri chadha nafahati ahl-el-irfen ", which is the subject of our study marked by: "Muhammad Es-Sgheir ben al-Mukhtar al-Djallali (1268-1336 AH / 1852-1917 AD) and his book Taatir el-akwan bi nachri chadha nafahati ahl-el-irfen " Where we will deal with aspects of his biography. So,who is Muhammad al-Sgheir ibn al-Mukhtar al-Djallali?
