Abstract

The active cultural and intellectual movement that Tehert had known in the medieval period led to the emergence of a great momentum of mental and mental sciences that established its delusion on the Islamic Maghreb, and led to the emergence of a number of scholars, jurists and writers, and among the most prominent of these sciences, literature and arts, the art of poetry that carried the slogan of Bakr bin Hammad al-Tahiti, whose reputation is well known in the region, and his poems were studied in the Islamic world, and Bakr bin Hammad was not limited to writing and drafting poetry but rather mastered in dealing with him in terms of style and method, as we find him toured the various parts of the Islamic world until he reached the presence of the Abbasid caliphs in Baghdad, and proved his heels in This To the field, thus Bakr bin Hammad has become a personal note of the unique and important flags Tehrt region during the Middle Ages.
