The Andalusian Civilization knew many kinds of sources in different sciences and knowledge’ fields; which preserve the Andalusian heritage its specificity. It is considered as a result of scientific and intellectual activity of Muslims in that region; whose cities had been transformed to an important scientific capitals in Islamic west region, and therefore, a destination of savants. Thus; historians showed a great regard for those savants, in every different historical phase, inquiring into their biographies and pointing out their doughty deeds.
Biography books, including their divisions, are considered as the best works to preserve those savants’ efforts, regardless of their geographical origins. Tlemcen’ savants represent a model of those savants, and the object of this research paper which gives a statistics of this city savants, through Andalusian Biographical Books and those savants’ scientific benefits.
