Conditions of the endowment warden between Islamic law and Algerian law

Abstract

This research deals with the most important jurisprudential and legal conditions that must be met in the endowment warden as a path for a property of endowment properties in Algeria and then to carry out a budget between them, as a simple contribution to activate this section to achieve local development similar to some sister Arab and Islamic countries that have made great progress in developing their most vital sectors including the endowment sector, through its continuous and diligent endeavor to find and put in place the most effective plans and measures to invest financial resources in the endowment sector after its enumeration, to achieve development.
