Efforts of the Ministry of Religious Endowments and Islamic Affairs to promote Properties and their investment in Algeria

Abstract

Looking for mechanisms to modernize endowment institutions and protect endowment properties in its all forms has become necessary to keep up with the economic developments. Hence the importance to direct the endowment properties to investment after being searching and limiting them by the competent authorities and finally getting them back and settling their legal status by providing them official bonds.

This paper comes to shed light on the efforts of the Ministry of Religious Endowments and Islamic Affairs in Algeria to promote the endowments properties and direct them to investment.
