This research offers a study of the medical provisions of abortion, the new medical conditions that were created by the great medical development in the modern age, and discussed the issue of abortion in general, then the issues of abortion for medical necessity, which are aborting the fetus for fear of the mother's life, and the issue of aborting the fetus that has been proven to be deformed inside the womb. The judgment of aborting the fetus, to which a pernymoped disease has been established from his mother, such as AIDS. The most important findings of the report were that the course of these provisions was based on a balance between the five colleges, especially the two schools of self-preservation and birth preservation, as well as the use of some of the most important rules of jurisprudence: The rule of no harm or harm, the rule of necessity that allowed the prohibitions, and the necessities were appreciated.
