Abstract

The current study presents important aspects of the juristic heritage of the Islamic West in
general and the Central Maghreb in particular. In which, it presents the industry jurisprudence
in its historical process linked to its social and urban causes and circumstances related to life as
it was already. In addition to the great historical benefits that this type of authorship hides.
