Abstract

As it is considered the main pillar for placing contemporary fatwas in their correct places intended to inflict judgment on them without exaggeration or negligence, Also, seeking help from people of experience in realizing the specific field has become an inevitable and urgent necessity dictated to us by the reality of life, and the difficulty of understanding all its merits and its renewable and complex problems. So that the rhythm of the fatwa in every issue needs a group of jurists and researchers specialized in the field of issue; In order to reach the correct perception of the issue, then work to find the correct adaptation for it, and then apply the ruling to the specific individuals intended by the Sharia. Finally, the process of making a fatwa is a difficult one that does not require an understanding of reality and practice in it on the part of the mufti only, Instead, it should align with the intentions of the layperson seeking a fatwa, starting with an honest search for the most pious and knowledgeable mufti, and ending with his verification of the conformity of his fatwa on the ground as his mufti gave it.
