This research comes to study one of the important jurisprudential issues that have spread among people, and which are filled with public councils and intellectual arenas, namely: the ruling on writing on gravestones. So this study came to investigate this issue in the context of comparative jurisprudence, by bringing the sayings of scholars in the old and the modern in it, and to unveiling the most prominent narrative and mental evidence that each group of them relied upon, then discussing this evidence; To conclude with the preponderant opinion on this issue, and the intent of all of that; It is the call to the fairest of the followed jurisprudence schools, and the path to the formation of the jurisprudential queen that does not exist except through anticipating the sayings of the jurists
