Abstract

The reform movement men were the ones who confronted these malicious and malicious French policies by taking charge of Arab educational activity and allocating a large part of their interests to it and trying to work on its continuation and dissemination in various ways and means. Among these reformers was Sheikh Ibrahim Abu Al-YaKDan and his movement that was launched from the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars and the dissemination of his ideas in the field of education through his eight free newspapers, where he called for the achievement of free and purposeful Arab education and presented ways to make it successful and the obstacles it faces, also touching on the reality of French education directed at the children of Algerians and proposing a new type of education, which is industrial education or vocational education in order to acquire new professions.
