The role of renewal in reading the legal text -The prophetic Hadith as a Modal-

Abstract

Renewal is the change of our view of the legal text، a view in line with our new era according to its requirement. As for the text itself، there is no renewal at all، it is either a Quran or a Sunnah. The Quran is the righteous words of God for every age and time and this advantage leads us to the need to be in line with the nature of this era and its people. The same talk with the second side of the same legal currency، which is the Sunnah، and I’m talking about the correct narrations that was narrated from the prophet peace be upon him، of course، our work will focus on finding a new look، that is a modern reading that is in line with modern thinking that believes in the tangible more than the abstract. This will not be، of course، by inventing new texts، but rather like moving a consonant to keep up with the rapid wheel of time.
