The role of the two judges in the reconciliation between the spouses in Islamic and Algerian law

Abstract

The stability of the family and the protection of its entity from any danger or harm are a
legitimate purpose, and anything that serves as a pretext or means of preserving the marital
relationship from dangers, damages and causes of collapse; For this purpose, this article aims
to address the role of the two rulings in the reconciliation between spouses by reviewing its
provisions in Islamic jurisprudence, while referring to the position of Algerian law.
