This research paper discusses the position of Islamic law on methods of warfare that violate human controls, such as the method of starvation, through the practices that took place in Islamic wars and invasions, and the applications of the Prophet’s recommendations regarding non-combatant and vulnerable groups. The position of international humanitarian law was also addressed through international treaties and conventions. Which controls this, and through the above, the humanitarian situation in the besieged areas of Palestine was exposed and the Suffering that the Palestinian people are going through because of the violations and war crimes committed by the Israel occupation.
